Description
The Biglia B 446 T3 Y2 CNC lathe from 2014 is an ideal used machine for precision machining. Equipped with a
FANUC Series 31i – MODEL B control, offers advanced management of turning processes. It can work pieces with a
maximum diameter of 51 mm and a length of 230 mm. The main spindle has a maximum speed of 5000 rpm,
with a power of 15 kW, and the same goes for the counter-spindle, which has a power of 11 kW.
The top left turret and the right one, together with the lower turret, each offer 12 positions with a
rotation speed of 4000 rpm and a motor power of 3.7 kW. The machine is equipped with a large reservoir of
coolant of 450 liters and includes additional pumps for the high-pressure cooling system.
Among the included accessories there is a Knoll high-pressure system, a transfer pump, Haimbuch pin holder for the
main spindle and tailstock, motorized chucks, and fixed tool holders. The overall dimensions, including
the chip evacuator, dimensions 5033 x 2100 x 2458 mm, with a weight of 8200 kg. This lathe represents a solution
