Description
The Biglia Smart Turn 1200L CNC lathe from 2009 is a multitasking used model, equipped with a GE FANUC Series 31i-MODEL A5 CNC control. This machinery is capable of working parts with a maximum bar diameter of 95 mm and a maximum turning diameter of 500 mm, with a maximum workable length of 1250 mm. The maximum rotating diameter is 700 mm. The main spindle electromagnetic range varies from 40 to 2800 rpm, with an ASA 8" spindle nose and a spindle bore of 111 mm. The machine is equipped with a motorized head with HSK-63 interface, capable of reaching up to 6000 rpm, and a tool magazine with a capacity of 40 positions. The following counter support allows a positioning stroke of 1100 mm and a spindle stroke of 150 mm, with a spindle diameter of 115 mm. The B-axis unit operates over a total rotation range of 205°, with angular positioning every 5°.
